Fixed New file bug, Added Voice Lines

Minor update in this patch.
Fixed bug: File->New loses current file if it wasn't previously saved. Now it will ask to save first before creating the new file.
Added feature: Voice Lines. Now you can add a voice line file to each quote in the editor.
